FAQs
32-Hour Certification Course
Here are some frequently asked questions about the course. Please contact us at admin@artofresolution.com if you have any additional questions!
Is job placement support available after completing the EEO Investigator Certificate?
While we do not provide formal job placement assistance upon course completion, there are opportunities available for high-performing graduates.
Individuals who demonstrate strong proficiency in the course may be invited to collaborate with us as independent contractors (ICs). These assignments are based on availability and business needs, and while we strive to support our graduates, we cannot guarantee work. Many ICs choose to work with multiple vendors to create a consistent and flexible workload.
Work opportunities depend on several factors, including:
- The availability of new cases,
- Specific client requirements, and
- Prior experience—some contracts require a minimum number of completed investigations before assigning cases.
Additionally, a number of organizations actively seek out professionals who have completed our training, recognizing the quality and rigor of our program.
Does this training meet the EEOC’s requirements for certification? Is the course certified by the EEOC?
Yes, this training meets the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) requirements for EEO Investigator certification. However, it’s important to note that the EEOC does not formally certify or endorse any specific training programs.
For further guidance, we encourage you to review the EEOC’s outlined certification requirements in Section II.A:
Is there a deadline for me to complete the course?
We recommend completing the course within three months, but you will have access to it indefinitely.
How often is recertification required?
The EEOC requires investigators to complete 8 hours of refresher training annually.
For more information, see Section II.B. of MD-110, Chapter 6: EEOC Refresher Training Requirements
Will I get feedback from an instructor, and am I able to speak to the instructor?
Yes, and yes! All assignments are reviewed by an instructor who will provide detailed feedback. If you need to discuss a topic or have questions, you can schedule a meeting with an instructor at a mutually agreed-upon time.
I’ve never taken an online course before—will I encounter any issues?
This course is designed to be self-paced and individually led, making it accessible to learners who are comfortable reading course materials, completing assignments, and taking assessments independently.
That said, you’re not alone—our instructors are available to answer questions and provide personalized feedback on your assignments. While the course is not instructor-led in a traditional sense, we strongly encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns along the way. We’re here to support your success.
